Very very good breakfast with scrambled eggs or omelettes and omelettes, for example and excellent customer service. Location really close to the main Lloret de Mar beach, restaurant, and a suburb called Fenals.

Great and fab meals. New-fashioned, wonderful unit with a great shower, and affable staff.

Distance to the airport was just 30 km. We greatly enjoyed the food, it was different.

Spotlessly clean hotel with immensely pleasant staff at reception desk. Satisfactory breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Location - marvellous next to shops, restaurants and beach. Located at the end of the road.

The hotel had a central location which made it convenient to explore the city on foot. The rooms were modern and clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the small games room for children. The hotel also offered nightly entertainment which was a pleasant surprise.

The food at the hotel was mediocre and lacked in flavor. the dining room was often overcrowded and seating was limited.

Our hotel room had a lovely view of the fountain outside the window. The location was great, as it was close to the city center but away from the noisy streets. The hotel's spa facilities were a nice advantage.

I and my wife stayed at the hotel for 7 days,the hotel is very clean and all the staff are helpfull and all in nice uniforms.The front desk staff speaks more than four laungeges.The food was good with a selection of salads, fish,meat, pasta, desserts and so on.You can relax by the outdoor,or indoor pool sauna very clean Palm trees and nice roses.I Have been in other hotels in this area but this is the best hotel for me.I Recommend this hotel for all class of people.

The evening entertenment could be better and maybe once a week I sugest a spanish night with food and spanish music and dancing.

This animated and well-run family package holiday hotel offers excellent value, generous buffet meals (half board should be all you need) and evening entertainment if you want it. Stylish it is not, but certainly friendly and clean. The staff work very hard and are cheerful with it. There are some lovely beaches nearby and pleasant walks as well.

The hotel is set in a somewhat drab, overdeveloped and sometimes noisy (at night) suburb of Lloret. I probably wouldn't choose to return as I found the hotel's position vaguely depressing (although comfortably away from Lloret's mostcringe-making and noisy back streets).

Lovely hotel with great facilities including a beautiful garden terrace, spa area, and entertainment service. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the charming old town.

Who needs the hassle of asking for a table and wine in English? It's so much fun trying to communicate with the restaurant staff!

It is a very clean hotell,food is incredible good and there is a big variety to choose from,they offer free Wi-Fi even in the room,the position of the hotell is good just a few minutes walk to the beach and to centre of Lloret de Mar in a quiet area and i belive is a good choise for familys or couples over 40's ! All in one we had a very nice stay ,we recomend this hotell and we will go back there for sure!

If there is something that i have to comment about not being nice is the furniture because is a little old and it doesn't look like one for a 4 stars hotell!

Good,quiet location - about 10 minutes walk to town / beach. Good choice and quality of food in self service restaurant. Lovely pools.

Evening entertainment could be improved, although flamenco dancing was very good.

We got great value for our money with a nice and comfy room, along with a new and very clean bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient, with beaches nearby and a short walk into town. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
